Shipping Policy

NoAlchCo ships to California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).

Currently, all orders carry a flat rate $10 shipping fee.

Typically orders ship within 2-3 business days from order placement. Shipments are sent via USPS Ground. Shipping confirmations with tracking information are sent once your order ships.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you need to change or cancel your order please email info@noalcoholcompany.com as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line and a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will do our best to fulfill the request.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@noalcoholcompany.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
